Unlike mass-produced press-ons, every nail is custom-made to fit your preferences and measurements, ensuring a flawless fit and personalised design. I also offer a wide range of customisations, from unique colour combinations to intricate art, so you can truly express your style. Plus, my nails are made with durable materials that can be reused with proper care, giving you long-lasting beauty without compromising quality.
To measure your nails for a custom fit, follow these easy steps:
- Use a measuring tape or ruler: Place a flexible measuring tape or ruler across the widest part of your natural nail (usually the middle).
- Measure in millimetres: Record the width of each nail in millimetres (mm) for the most accurate fit.
- Repeat for all fingers: Be sure to measure each nail individually, as sizes can vary between fingers.
- Send your measurements: Provide the widths for each finger when placing your order.
If you're unsure about sizing I also offer a sizing kit to guarantee the perfect fit.
A sizing kit helps you find the perfect fit for your nails before placing a custom order. It includes a set of sample nails in various sizes that you can try on to determine which size fits each of your fingers best. Once you’ve found the right sizes, simply note them down and provide the information when ordering your set. This ensures a flawless fit and makes the ordering process easier!
You can place your order directly through the website. I accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including Stripe and Paypal. Payment is required at the time of purchase. For custom orders, full payment is required before I begin creating your set. If you have any questions about payment, feel free to reach out!
Processing times vary depending on the complexity of the design and the number of orders I’m currently handling. Typically, orders take about 3-5 business days to create before they are shipped. Custom or highly detailed designs may take a bit longer. I’ll keep you updated on your order’s status, and if you need it sooner, feel free to ask about rush processing options.
Rush processing is available for an additional fee, depending on the urgency and complexity of your order. Rush fees are £20 per set, but the exact cost will be based on the design and how quickly you need your set. Please contact me before placing your order to discuss availability and pricing for rush processing.
While I strive to depict and describe each nail set as accurately as possible, please note that the handmade nature of each item may result in slight variations. Additionally, due to differences in screen display properties, I cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your monitor will be 100% accurate to the actual product.

Yes, you can reorder any of my designs! Since each set is handcrafted, there may be slight variations between the original and reordered set, but I'll make every effort to recreate the design as closely as possible. If you’d like any adjustments or customizations, just let me know!
You can request changes to your order, but please contact me as soon as possible after placing it. Since each set is custom-made, I may not be able to make changes once production has begun. If your request is received in time, I’ll do my best to accommodate it. For custom orders, any significant changes may affect the processing time and price.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for your custom set to be created and prepared for shipping. After that, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders, or 7-14 business days for international orders. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimated and to be used as guidance only, commencing from the date of dispatch (not including weekends and bank holidays). Divine Nailcessity is not responsible for any delivery delays or delays at customs. For international orders please allow 32 business days from dispatch before chasing a dispatched order – Royal Mail will not open an enquiry with your local carrier before this time has elapsed.

You can cancel your order, but please contact me as soon as possible. If production has already begun on a custom or hand-crafted set, I may not be able to offer a full refund. However, if the cancellation is made before production starts, I’ll be happy to provide a full refund. For non-custom orders, cancellations can be made before the order is shipped.
Due to the custom and handmade nature of each set, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or a mistake in the design, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item, and I’ll work with you to resolve the problem. Your satisfaction is important to me!
The longevity of your nails depends on how well they are applied and cared for. With proper application and care, my custom sets can last anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. For extended wear, it’s important to follow the application instructions provided and avoid activities that may cause excessive stress on the nails. You can also reuse the nails with proper removal and storage.
Each nail set comes with detailed application instructions, but here’s a general guide:
- Prep your natural nails: Clean, buff, and push back your cuticles to ensure a smooth, dry surface.
- Apply adhesive: Use either nail glue for long-lasting wear or adhesive tabs for a temporary hold. Apply a small amount of glue to both your natural nail and the press-on, or use an adhesive tab on your natural nail.
- Press and hold: Align the press-on nail with your cuticle and press down firmly for 15-30 seconds to secure it in place.
- Finish and enjoy: That’s it - enjoy your new nails!
For the best longevity, avoid water and strenuous activities for the first few hours after application.
To safely remove your press-on nails without damaging your natural nails, follow these steps:
- Soak in warm, soapy water: Submerge your nails in warm, soapy water for about 10-15 minutes to loosen the adhesive.
- Gently lift: Starting at the edges, gently lift the press-on nail using an orange stick or cuticle pusher. Avoid forcing the nail off to prevent damage to your natural nails.
- Use nail oil: If the nail is still stuck, apply a few drops of nail oil around the edges and let it sit for a few minutes before trying again.
- Clean and moisturise: Once all nails are removed, clean any remaining adhesive from your natural nails and moisturise your hands and nails to keep them healthy.
